The best way to use capsules is by applying a pea size amounts to your fingertips, and gently massaging it into your skin, avoiding eye and lip area. Mild tingling will occur, give extra massage to tingly areas (that usually reduces the tingling), if it gets uncomfortable right away - wash it off with lukewarm water and try again a few days later. Half ampule is enough to cover face and neck area, so the other half can be saved for another treatment (when you twist open the ampule, the top can be put back on). Whatever is left on your hands - rub it in and leave it on, for some hand exfoliation! The product can be left on from 7 - 20+ minutes, depending on your skins tolerance.
